What do you get when you combine passion, friendship, and a healthy dose of joie de vivre? From Tim and Mark's desire to build and our love of wine, we've created Timark Wines, a boutique vintner showcasing small lots of exceptional wines sourced from the best vineyards.
This wine is produced from Pommard 4 and 667 clones from Tondre Grapefield picked on September 8, 2014. It shows savory notes of dark cherry fruit with earth and spice. Delicious now, it will enjoy a very nice evolution three to five years out.
